International system founded after World War I and World War II cannot carry international society any longer. To meet the demands of societies, it is necessary to restructure the international system according to today’s conditions and in the way that new requirements will be surrounded.
All economic, political and social systems are undergoing a radical transformation with the globalized world. We are entering a new era. New geographies, new technology, new politics, new economics and search for a new society are in question, new definitions are needed in all areas and new sounds and expectations are rising from all geographies.
What’s happening in our region and the world is a fight between the new approach formed in the axis of these demands and expectations and the status quo defending the history.
It is understood that nothing has been or can be obtained with ethnicity and faith values fictionalized by polarization, with management approaches moved away from codes of beliefs and cultures and finally with monist, guardianship, positivist, and materialist orientations.
The Islamic world should read these waves coming from the bottom well and it should be directed to a new political structure in the direction of these requests.
In the 21st Century, demilitarization will become prominent, there will be a change from the bottom up and the developments will result in social dynamics to participate in the political process and will lead them to be decisive subjects.
For these reasons, it is necessary to create the politics as community-based, and a new paradigm expressing social and universal values should be dominant.
If the Islamic world evaluates its potential and could read the developments well, it will obtain the possibility to present a new democracy, new politics and a new management paradigm to the benefit of humanity.
In this context, to attempt to create the politics that will invalidate ethnic and denominational discrimination policies of the regional dynamics to preempt local and regional solutions is very crucial.
To achieve all these mentioned above, the participants identified the following recommendations in the human, social and global processes:

1. The principle of equal citizenship should be considered in political reconstruction.
2. Seeking for justice and freedom should not be abandoned.
3. We should focus on a political approach centred society, making the society subject and leaning on social values against the state.
4. Media and social media networks should be utilized very carefully and efficiently.
5. The relations among individual, society and state should be reorganized in the Islamic world. The approach in which states suppress and enslave the society should be abandoned, and a new concept of state that serves the society and makes their lives easier should be established.

Every movement that has different views, ideologies and lifestyles and that is in favour of change and democratic rule of law must be able to act together within the framework of democracy coalition
18. The role of universities should be increased in the transformation processes. Discussion platforms should be created; bureaucrats and politicians should meet with young people. Curriculum reform should be put on the agenda in the education system.
19. We should avoid reactive and emotional approaches. Calm atmosphere of dialogue should be developed and we should move with a holistic view, an encompassing vision and style without being hasty.
